3. Initiate, evaluate and implement process yield improvement programs.
啟動(dòng)、評(píng)估和實(shí)施工藝改善計(jì)劃
4. Generate and update process flow and assembly work instructions. Optimizes manufacturing processes.
生成和更新工藝流程和裝配作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書(shū)，優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)流程
5. Monitor and test process and equipment capabilities and develop strategy to improve and reduce process variability.
監(jiān)控和測(cè)試工藝和設(shè)備能力，制定改進(jìn)和減少工藝變化的策略
6. Solve manufacturing process-related problems. Develop and implement new equipment and processes to meet product requirements and improve quality and productivity.
解決生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的相關(guān)問(wèn)題。開(kāi)發(fā)和實(shí)施新的設(shè)備和工藝，以滿(mǎn)足產(chǎn)品要求，提高質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)率。
7. Other work assigned by Supervisor or manager. 執(zhí)行主管/經(jīng)理交辦的其他工作
8. Familiar with numerical control and machining techniques, proficient in 3D software such as SolidWorks and CATIA;

【任職要求】：
1. Define and make sub-assemblies quality criteria.
定義并制定零部件質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
2. Reviews scrap materials of production and train production in case of over-reject.
審核生產(chǎn)廢料，培訓(xùn)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的超標(biāo)廢料。
3. Maintains scrap data and take improvement actions.
維護(hù)報(bào)廢數(shù)據(jù)并采取改進(jìn)措施
4. Conduct process audit daily to make sure the work instructions and process parameters all have been followed by operator well.
每天進(jìn)行工藝審核，確保作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書(shū)和工藝參數(shù)得到良好的執(zhí)行
5. Follows up new product 0-batch quality and prepare the 0-batch report.
跟蹤新產(chǎn)品0批質(zhì)量，準(zhǔn)備0批報(bào)告。
6. Work with ME to define the process and criteria of product or rework.
與工程工藝工程師一起定義產(chǎn)品或返工的流程和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
7. Give technical support and training to PQA inspectors.
對(duì)產(chǎn)品檢驗(yàn)員進(jìn)行技術(shù)支持和培訓(xùn)
8. Handle the daily quality problem which is happen in production.
處理日常生產(chǎn)中發(fā)生的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題
9. Maintain the MRB(Material Review Board) reports raised by production or IQA and create the SCAR if necessary.
維護(hù)由生產(chǎn)部或質(zhì)檢部提出的MRB(材料評(píng)審委員會(huì))報(bào)告，必要時(shí)創(chuàng)建SCAR。
10. Other jobs assigned by engineer or manger.
其他由工程師或經(jīng)理安排的工作。
